 Liz Curran, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, presents a sleep workshop that will teach you food and lifestyle changes you can make to get a better night's sleep. Her topics include bedtime routines, bedroom atmosphere and breathing techniques. This workshop will allow for discussion of specific sleep conditions and how to address them.
