Maker Monday for Tweens & Teens: Preserving Fall's Beauty with Emma Finn

Description:
 We'll make a DIY flower/nature press that can be used again and again to preserve nature items in any season, as well as a stained glass-like fall picture. (Keep an adult nearby to help you grate your crayons and use an iron!)

Supplies Needed for Both Projects:
-Leaves
-Flowers
-Grasses
-Seeds
-Any item of fall nature you find beautiful that isn't too thick.

Additional Supplies Needed (Project 1):
-Plain copy paper
-2 pieces of cardboard the same size as your paper
-3 thick rubber bands

Additional Supplies Needed (Project 2):
-A cheese or veggie grater
-Crayons
-Wax paper
-2 old towels
-An iron (and an adult to help)
-Construction paper in any color
-Tape of any kind
-Scissors
-A pencil
